on room level, use A* to find a high path from the seeker to the goal. 




alright even new astar thing isnt working. the # of cases is just too complex.. how about
full scenting but somehow optimizes in a big blank room?


--- flow is broken bc it checks flow to a corridor blocked in the middle.. it can get to the
edge of it! then from its topleft corner, it might be clear to next room. it skips middle!
BAD!


ok in current fix:
- make sure 'start' values are current!!!
- watch out... if "in current room", might hafta flood to see if we've got a shot or not
